Chatting with the AI Assistant

The AI assistant (Cointiply AI by default — you can rename it with a Store plugin) is your guide to everything on Cointiply. Here's how to get the most out of it.

Just ask

Type naturally — the assistant understands plain language:

  • Account: "What's my balance?", "How am I doing this week?", "Show my payment history"
  • Earning: "Show me the best offers", "Any surveys for me?", "What's the fastest way to earn 300 coins?"
  • Bonuses: "Spin the wheel", "Open my mystery box", "How's my streak?"
  • Planning: "Plan my day", "What should I do in the next 30 minutes?"
  • Help: "How do withdrawals work?", "Why didn't my offer credit?"

Interactive cards

Most answers come with rich, tappable cards inside the chat: an offer browser you can filter, a spin wheel you can spin, a quest list you can claim from, a withdrawal wizard, and many more. You act directly on the card — no need to leave the conversation.

Suggestion chips

After most replies you'll see small pill buttons with follow-up ideas — tap one to send it instantly. The More options chip opens a full menu of categories (Earning, Plan, Strategy, Account, Help) when you're not sure what to ask.

Quick actions

Above the message box is a strip of icons for the most common actions: offers, day plan, streak, spin, mystery box, quests, PTC ads, and surveys. These work even when smart chat is paused (see Smart chats and top-ups).

Sending while the assistant is replying

You can queue one follow-up message while the assistant is still typing — it sends automatically when the reply finishes. You can edit or cancel it before it goes.

Session history and resuming

Every conversation is saved as a session:

  • Open Session history from the top bar (the archive icon) or the command palette.
  • Tap any session to resume it. You'll see a "Resumed" header with handy chips like Catch me up and What's new?
  • The welcome screen also shows your recent sessions under "Pick up where you left off."
  • You can search all your conversations, or delete any session with the trash icon.

The free tier shows your 8 most recent sessions when browsing; the Extended Chat History plugin in the Store unlocks your full vault.

Long conversations

When a chat gets long, the assistant may offer a fresh start: Summarize & Continue In New Chat carries the context over to a new, faster thread (branched threads show a "from …" label in history), or Start Fresh begins clean.

The session timeline

On desktop, a slim rail on the left edge of the chat tracks everything that happened this session — tool calls, cards shown, rewards claimed, memories saved, level-ups. Handy for scrolling back through a busy session at a glance.

Memory

The assistant can remember useful facts about you (goals, preferences, notes) — always with your approval, and you can view or delete everything. See Chat settings and memory.
