Chatting with the AI Assistant
The AI assistant is your guide to everything on Cointiply. On the new Home it's CointiBot (on the chat-first dashboard it's called Cointiply AI by default, and a Store plugin can rename it). Here's how to get the most out of it.
Opening the chat
- Tap CointiBot's tab in the side rail (desktop) or bottom bar (phone). It's always there, even if you hide his figure.
- Or tap Ask me anything… on your Home.
- On the chat-first dashboard, the chat is the main page.
Just ask
Type naturally — the assistant understands plain language:
- Account: "What's my balance?", "How am I doing this week?", "Show my payment history"
- Earning: "Show me the best offers", "Any surveys for me?", "What's the fastest way to earn 300 coins?"
- Bonuses: "Spin the wheel", "Open my mystery box", "How's my streak?"
- Planning: "Plan my day", "What should I do in the next 30 minutes?"
- Help: "How do withdrawals work?", "Why didn't my offer credit?"
Interactive cards
Most answers come with rich, tappable cards inside the chat: Top offers (For you, Hot, Surveys, with See all for the full list), a hub of today's games or rewards, a spin wheel, a quest list you can claim from, a withdrawal wizard, and many more. You act directly on the card, with no need to leave the conversation. On the new Home they match its look.
Suggestion chips
After most replies you'll see small pill buttons with follow-up ideas — tap one to send it instantly. The More options chip opens a full menu of categories (Earning, Plan, Strategy, Account, Help) when you're not sure what to ask.
Quick actions (the + menu)
Tap + beside the message box:
- Your quick actions: the same shortcuts as your Home (with counts of what's waiting), in the order you set in Customize. Edit opens Customize.
- Ask CointiBot: Plan my day, What should I do next?, Find a quick survey, Can I cash out yet?
- Community chat, with how many people are online (or Back to CointiBot when you're in Community).
Quick actions work even when smart chat is paused (see Smart chats and top-ups). On the chat-first dashboard, the + opens a grid of the most common actions.
CointiBot's messages
CointiBot also tells you about things (a new notification, an event, your buddy's coins, a question). He says one at a time and no more than once every 90 seconds (4 an hour), and anything waiting sits at the top of his chat under From CointiBot. See Your Labs Home.
Hiding CointiBot
Prefer the chat without him? Customize → Layout → CointiBot in chats hides his figure at the top of the chat (and in Community chat). CointiBot on your Home hides him on the Home. The chat itself works the same either way.
Sending while the assistant is replying
You can queue one follow-up message while the assistant is still typing — it sends automatically when the reply finishes. You can edit or cancel it before it goes.
Session history and resuming
Every conversation is saved as a session:
- Open Session history from the history button at the top of CointiBot's chat (or the archive icon in the top bar on the chat-first dashboard), or the command palette.
- Tap any session to resume it. You'll see a "Resumed" header with handy chips like Catch me up and What's new?
- The welcome screen also shows your recent sessions under "Pick up where you left off."
- You can search all your conversations, or delete any session with the trash icon.
The free tier shows your 8 most recent sessions when browsing; the Extended Chat History plugin in the Store unlocks your full vault.
Long conversations
When a chat gets long, the assistant may offer a fresh start: Summarize & Continue In New Chat carries the context over to a new, faster thread (branched threads show a "from …" label in history), or Start Fresh begins clean.
The session timeline
On desktop, a slim rail on the left edge of the chat tracks everything that happened this session — tool calls, cards shown, rewards claimed, memories saved, level-ups. Handy for scrolling back through a busy session at a glance.
Memory
The assistant can remember useful facts about you (goals, preferences, notes) — always with your approval, and you can view or delete everything. See Chat settings and memory.
