Getting Started with Cointiply Labs
Cointiply Labs is the next-generation Cointiply experience. CointiBot, Labs' guide, and your buddy help you find what's worth doing, and the AI chat can do almost anything for you. Instead of clicking through menus, you just ask.
Your Home
Labs opens on your Home: CointiBot and your buddy share one idea at a time (a reward to claim, a survey that fits, how close you are to cashing out), with your Coin and Gem balances, your quick actions, Top offers, and the Earn, Play, Daily, Social and Customize hubs one tap away. See Your Labs Home. The Home is rolling out gradually; until you have it, Labs opens on the chat-first dashboard described below.
New to Labs? Signing up takes one tap with Google, an email, or your existing Cointiply account, followed by a three-screen setup. See Setting up your Labs account.
One account, two experiences
Labs uses your existing Cointiply account. Nothing is separate:
- Your Coin balance is the same balance as cointiply.com.
- Your level is your Cointiply (Cointivity) level, synced automatically.
- Your earnings — offers, surveys, spins, streaks — count everywhere.
Anything you do in Labs affects your main account, and vice versa.
The AI chat
Open the chat from CointiBot's tab (or Ask me anything… on the Home) and ask things like:
- "What's my balance?"
- "Show me the best offers"
- "Spin the wheel"
- "Plan my day"
- "Why hasn't my offer credited?"
The assistant answers with interactive cards — offer browsers, spin wheels, quest lists, withdrawal wizards — right inside the conversation. You can also tap the + beside the message box for your quick actions (the same ones as on your Home), a few things to ask CointiBot, and Community chat, instead of typing.
Search everything with the command palette
Press Ctrl+K (or ⌘K on Mac), or tap the search button, to open the command palette. It's the fastest way to do anything: jump to a page, fire a question at the assistant, start a new conversation, or contact support.

The sidebar
On desktop, the right-hand sidebar holds your pinned widgets — live tiles for balance, streak, spins, quests, and more. On mobile the same widgets live in the sidebar drawer. See Sidebar widgets in Labs.
