Your Labs Home

The Home is where Labs opens. It puts what's worth doing right now on one screen, with CointiBot and your buddy there to point the way. It's rolling out gradually: if your Labs still opens on the chat-first dashboard, you'll get the Home soon. Everything you earn is the same either way.

CointiBot and your buddy

At the top, CointiBot (Labs' guide) and your buddy (your companion) share one idea at a time in a speech bubble: a streak reward to claim, spins waiting, a survey that fits you, how close you are to cashing out, how levels work, and more.

  • The bubble's button does the idea in one tap (Claim, Spin, See details…).
  • Another idea shows the next one. He learns what you take and what you skip.
  • Ask me anything… opens CointiBot's chat.
  • Not interested in an idea? Tap the small × on it and it goes away for a while (longer each time you dismiss it). Ideas like "you can cash out" also take a break once you've seen them, so they don't repeat every visit. When there's nothing new to suggest, his idea bubble folds away.
  • Tap CointiBot or the buddy and they answer back. Now and then they chat with each other, or ask if you want a song.
  • They get to know you: they say hello in a way that fits how long you've been away, notice when coins land, a new level or a streak day, remember things like the last joke he told, and try not to repeat themselves. Some of their lines are written fresh for you a few times a day.
  • Sometimes they argue and ask you to settle it: tap whoever you think is right. Tap them in the middle of a conversation and they'll say hi, then carry on.
  • He never suggests an offer you've finished. One you've started comes back as "pick up where you left off", not as something new.

The slim bar

Once you're set up, CointiBot only takes the big stage when he has something new: a streak reward or quests to claim today, a box, cash-out just became ready, a new vault, or a message for you (like a big offer credit). Each is shown once, then rests. The rest of the time the top of your Home is a slim bar:

  • Ask CointiBot anything…: type your question right in the bar and press Enter (or the arrow); his chat opens with it asked.
  • Under it, one thing at a time slides in and holds long enough to read, then the next: CointiBot's questions and ideas, Vault events, Orb Rush lobbies and who's in Community, your own latest coins, and big earnings from other players across Cointiply as they happen.
  • Hover to pause it. Tap one to pause it and see the details and what you can do (Claim, Join, Find a survey…).
  • Tap CointiBot or the arrow to open his stage; the arrow on his stage folds it back. Your choice holds until you leave.
  • Customize → Layout → CointiBot → Top of your Home sets it: Auto (above), Big (always the stage) or Slim (always the bar).

Your balances

The top bar shows your Coins (with their dollar value) and your Gems side by side. Tap Coins for Wallet, Cash out and History; tap Gems to go to the Vault. On the Home, three glance cards show your Coins, your streak for today, and how close you are to cash out.

While a Crack the Vault season is live (or opens within a day), or a Vault event is live or starting within a few hours, a Vault card sits in Features, under Earn, Play and Daily: how cracked the vault is, when the season ends, the season's prize pool and how many are in, and the live event (a gem storm, a siege), with Join the Heist to go straight in. It's always there while the Vault is on.

When coins land from something you tapped (your buddy's tip, a streak coin day, a quest reward), a few coins fly to your balance and it shows +N.

Quick actions

The row of icons under the glance cards is yours: up to 8 shortcuts (Spin, Orb Rush, Streak, PTC, Quests, Surveys, Offers, Play and more). Small counts show what's waiting, like spins to use or quests to claim. Choose and order them in Customize → Quick actions. The same shortcuts are in the + menu beside any chat box.

Top offers

Top offers lists every offer and survey you can do, best first. Use the tabs (All, Games, Surveys, Apps, Sign-ups, Started), search, and Sort & filter (payout, quickest, device, time). On the Surveys tab, live surveys from Cointiply's survey partners (CPX Research, inBrain, TapResearch, PureSpectrum and the rest) always come first, then offers that are surveys.

Tap an offer for its details and Start. Offerwalls open the way Cointiply sets them up: in a window over the page (with Open in a new tab under it) or in a new tab. Labs never sends you away from your page.

The hubs

The tabs in the side rail (desktop) or bottom bar (phone) open five hubs:

  • Earn: Top offers, surveys, offerwalls, PTC ads, videos, offers you started, saved offers.
  • Play: the daily games (CoinWord, CoinTrail, Daily Fortune, Price Prophet), Orb Rush and Crack the Vault, and a Customize card at the bottom.
  • Daily: your daily rewards: Spin, Mystery boxes, Streak, Quests, leaderboards and invites. At the bottom, Daily games goes to Play, where the day's games are.
  • Social: Community chat, leaderboards, Refer & Earn, your public profile.
  • Customize: see below.

Play vs Daily: the four games that reset every day are in Play (the Play quick action opens it). The Daily tab is your daily rewards.

CointiBot's tab and messages

Alerts that are over don't pop up: a Gem Storm or other live Vault event is only announced while it's on (a browser or phone alert that arrives late is dropped too), and older notifications wait quietly in the bell.

CointiBot has his own tab in the rail and bottom bar. It always opens his chat, even if you turn his figure off.

He also brings things up for you: a new notification, an event, an announcement, your buddy's coins, a question. To keep it calm:

  • He says one thing at a time, at most once every 90 seconds and 4 times an hour (replies to something you just tapped always show).
  • Anything he hasn't said yet waits in his chat under From CointiBot, and the count on his tab shows how many.
  • After your first day, he asks once whether you want news and events (big wins, Vault events, promos, announcements). No keeps only important heads-ups; Not now asks again in a week. Change it any time in Settings → Notifications → CointiBot → News and events.

Customize

Open Customize from your avatar menu (top right, tap your initial), the rail, the bottom of Play, or Edit in the + menu:

  • Layout: how the Home is arranged:
    • Page: Width (Standard, or Wide on big screens), Spacing (Comfortable or Compact), and Pin quick actions (they stay under the top bar as you scroll).
    • Section order: move CointiBot's ideas, Top offers and Features up or down.
    • Home sections: show or hide the balance cards, CointiBot's ideas, quick actions, My widgets, Top offers and Features.
    • The desktop edge (your widgets or nothing), and CointiBot:
    • CointiBot on your Home: off hides him and your buddy from the Home (his ideas stay in their bubble, his messages come from his tab, and he doesn't roam or sit in page corners).
    • CointiBot in chats: off hides him at the top of his chat and in Community chat.
    • CointiBot roams around and CointiBot on every page: while he's on.
  • Chats: on wide screens, how wide Community chat and CointiBot's chat run (Standard, Wide or Full), whether Community shows its members list, and Community's density and text size.
  • Quick actions, Theme, Your buddy (its look and perks), Widgets and the Store.

Community chat

The Community button in the top bar shows how many people are online. Tap it to join the chat over your page. See Community chat.

If something doesn't load

Cards say so ("Couldn't load…") with Try again. If your session ends, Labs asks you to link your Cointiply account again; if you go offline, a note says so until you're back.
