Follow the instructions below to contact each offerwall’s support from the Cointiply Android app.
Contact AdGem (Android)Instructions
- Tap Start Installing Apps.
- Tap the three lines (upper-left) and choose My Offers.
- Tap the offer in question.
Contact Adscend Media (Android)Instructions - Tap the help icon on their page.
- Select Offer History and tap the appropriate offer.
- Tap Missing Points to create a ticket.
Contact Aye-T Studios (Android)Instructions - Tap the three lines on the right side of the screen.
- Select Reward Status, then tap Pending.
- Tap the specific offer you’re working on.
- Scroll to the FAQ section and choose the item that best matches your need.
Contact BitLabs (Android)Instructions - Tap Complete Surveys.
- Tap the three lines (top-right) and choose Help.
- Follow the on-screen directions.
Contact CPX Research (Android)Instructions - Tap Complete Surveys.
- Tap the three lines (top-right) and choose Help.
- Scroll to the bottom and create a ticket.

Contact My Chips (Android)Instructions - Tap the menu (upper-left).
- Scroll to Featured Offers and tap In Progress, then open Support.
- Find the offer and tap Open Ticket, then select Contact us to create a ticket.
Contact PlayTime (Android)Instructions - Open the offerwall and tap Help at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll to More questions and select FAQs & Support.
- Scroll to Rewards and select Why am I not getting…, then follow the prompts.
PollFish (Android)Does not offer direct user support.
Contact Revenue Universe (Android)Instructions - On the offers list, tap the headphones icon to view your status.
- Each active offer shows status and a help link; tap that link.
- Follow the directions to submit your request.
Contact TapResearch (Android)Instructions - On the available surveys screen, tap the three lines (top-right).
- Choose Help & Support > Help.
- Select Submit a support request.

Contact Torox (Android)Instructions - On the offers screen, tap the three lines (top-right) and select My Activity.
- Tap In Progress.
- Scroll to Missing Rewards and follow the directions.
Contact Wannads (Android)Instructions - Tap My Account and choose Completed Offers.
- Select the offer you want to challenge.
- Follow the directions to proceed. Tip: Before contacting a partner, gather a timestamped screenshot (or completion proof). Many partners request these in their ticket forms.
